Through strategic management and planning, it has become a Group with subsidiaries involved in the business of integrated facility management, sales and distribution of cleaning equipments, products and accessories, catering equipment, FF&E items for the hospitality industry, paper products as well as toilet fittings refurbishment services. Currently, Teknokleen has a paid-up share capital of =N=10m and is 100% owned by Nigerians. The Group has foreign affiliations via exclusive representations and franchise ownership. The Company is a member of CPAN (Cleaning Practitioners Association of Nigeria), ISSA (International Sanitary Supplies Association), BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) as well as IFMA (International Facility Management Association).
